Thoughts on catching your fish and eating it too.
There really is a difference between a store bought fish, or a fillet for that matter, and fish that you caught yourself. Today I had the opportunity to take out one of my friends who left Hawaii to go to school in Texas, and I was lucky enough to land my biggest fish yet while out on our kayaks.
